L2 IT Support Engineer Contract €180/day+ Cork Hybrid Our client is currently on the lookout for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. Bring your technical expertise and communication skills to ensure smooth ICT operations. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote assistance tools. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly and efficiently. Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, applications, and peripherals.Requirements: 3 Years + of proven experience working as an IT Support Engineer or similar technical support role. Proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to Windows and Mac operating systems. Experience working in a Windows and Mac environment Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365. Relevant certifications are highly desirable.
