QA Test Lead - Dublin, €75,000 - €80,000, Hybrid Come work with one of our nation-wide retail clients looking to expand their current QA and Test Team. The position will be suitable for those who have previous hands on experience as a QA Test Lead and previous retail industry experience within Test is desirable. The successful candidate should have both manual and automation testing experience. The role will be a blend of technical and managerial therefore is essential that you can bring both elements to the position. Role & Responsibilities: Lead a current team of 10 QA Engineers, whilst developing current test plans and standards. Carry out differing elements of Functional Testing requirements. Monitor and report defects found during the testing process. Design, monitor and report on current automation test scripts. Communicate with internal teams, document and report to business users.Skills & Experience: Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 5+ years' experience in a QA Test Lead role. Hands on experience with manual and automation testing. Hands on experience with Selenium Webdriver.Salary & Remuneration Package: €75,000 - €80,000 per annum. 22 days' holiday. Hybrid work.
