Senior Helpdesk IT Support Engineer - Dublin

A MSP Microsoft partner based in Dublin require a strong Senior Technical Support Project Engineer for an interesting in-house project based IT support role.

You'll join an established MSP who specialise in implementing the latest cloud technologies with their clients. There's an extensive base of small, medium and larger clients for you to work with on a variety of projects. You'll work with Microsoft Products such as Sharepoint & Azure.

Due to ongoing growth in their client base, new projects are constantly arising for you to work on which will give you interesting variety.

Experience & skills wise, you'll have the following...

  • L2 - L3 Technical Support experience. We have separate roles for both L2 and L3
  • Around 5 years hands-on helpdesk IT Technical Support experience
  • Strong Active Directory
  • Excellent Office 365 Admin experience
  • MS Defender
  • Anti-Virus
  • Azure knowledge
  • Firewall such as Sonicwall or similar
