Responsibilities: As a Product Owner on our team, you will play a crucial role in refining and implementing the Authorization and Organizations subsystem of the Cloud Platform. You'll work closely with Product Management to define, prioritize, and clarify requirements, ensuring the security and data privacy of our platform. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate components seamlessly into the platform. Building strong relationships within the organization to create and maintain a meaningful roadmap for your team. Staying updated on emerging technologies and competitive products to differentiate our platform. Managing sprint and Program Increment ceremonies, including defining acceptance criteria. Prioritizing user stories, participating in planning meetings, and providing guidance during sprints. Managing dependencies and setting priorities across multiple teams and backlog items. Advocating for value creation within the organization and questioning investments and feature prioritization. Using tools such as AHA and Jira for epic and feature definition, refinement, and validation. Qualifications: M.Sc./B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent. Product Owner Certification. Experience with Agile Scrum and/or Kanban. Working knowledge of cloud-native development. 6+ years of experience in a large-scale agile development environment in either development, product management, or solution management capacity. Preferred Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills. Collaborative mindset. Proficiency with public cloud services. Experience with microservices architecture, REST, APIs. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience implementing complex IT solutions in a native cloud environment using agile processes (desirable).
