Senior Software Engineer €60,000 - €70,000 + 10% Bonus Remote (Ireland) My client is one of the world's largest Financial Services companies with a vast array of products and services and around 40,000 employees worldwide. Ireland is their main hub for Software Engineering and they are seeking to add several software engineers to join their sizable operation here and to expand a brand new team. You will be working on an exciting and innovative greenfield project with a health care focused client, building a truly beneficial product that increases positive outcomes for patients around the world. There are 3 primary areas you will become an expert in undertaking this role - AWS, .NET and Python. Extensive experience in all 3 is not essential to apply, but you should at least have strong experience in AWS and OOP / Software Application Development. Job Duties: Handle technical tasks from analysis to software implementation. Collaborate with IT and business to clarify requirements. Lead delivery of complex projects with multiple domains. Communicate solutions effectively. Consider third-party solutions in system architecture. Define project deliverables, resources, and schedules. Ensure compliance with technical standards. Stay updated on industry trends. Support development of industry standards within business. Manage risk and planning for applications. Provide leadership to own and other teams. Requirements: 6+ Years' Software Engineering Experience Experience with C# or Java Experience with Python Experience with AWS - Lambda, DynamoDBm S3, SNS and SQS Experience integrating databases with the cloud Experience with Test Driven Development Experience with Messaging Frameworks Experience with container-based deployment - e.g with Docker, ECS or ECR Experience with SQL Nice-To-Have: Experience with JavaScript and modern JavaScript Frameworks like React and Angular Extensive experience with AWS including - AWS API Gateway, Cognito, CloudWatch, Glue.
