The Solution Owner is accountable for the E-2-E solution and supporting designs, to full delivery of the Solution to go LIVE through the whole cycle. Key Accountabilities: Act as technical lead / delivery solution owner for the delivery programme, working in-step with the Programme Manager Establish solution design & implementation technical team Manage solution implementation design deliverable to budget and expected quality standards, through transition & transformation Own technical problems and work with teams to resolution Manages solution and scope changes through formal change process, working with programme & commercial leads Attend meetings, not limited to :- o Change board - impact changes to solution o Programme Steering Board o Design Approval Board o Delivery Assurance Reviews Ensure technical milestones are met Ensure technical outputs / deliverable commitments are achieved Key point of Customer technical interaction Develops and build excellent customer relationships with key stakeholders Takes ownership and maintains bid artefacts into delivery When engaged in bid phase: o Provide solution leadership on complex/multi serviceline DTS deals, supporting the Lead Deal Architect in the latter stages of bids to shape a winning, deliverable and profitable deal o Works closely with the Opportunity Owner and Engagement lead to assure the proposition and costs o Contributor to development of the Proposal Required Skills & Experience Thorough knowledge of Fujitsu key Offerings/Products Broad experience in leading successful customer negotiations and technical discussions/workshops Ability to manage and integrate cross Service Line solution components and capabilities Demonstrable experience in creating and managing a multi-disciplined technical delivery team Experience in working/managing at senior levels both internally and externally i.e. client facing role Broad, up to date technical knowledge in core technical areas such as Cloud Delivery Internal knowledge of Fujitsu process and procedures Team working - ability to work within multi-disciplined teams in a cohesive and effective manner Flexibility / adaptability - ability to meet the changes in business plans, requirements and time scales Interpersonal capability - ability to communicate effectively to both IT and business areas and also external suppliers / vendors Developing good relationships - ability to develop relationships with all parties Decision making - ability to make sound decisions in a timely and effective manner Influencing - ability to propose solutions in potentially conflict situations Planning and organisation - ability to demonstrate sound planning and organisation skills Good communicator - ability to coordinate several different support teams, working with service management and programme management Outstanding documentation skills Project People is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
