Technical Support Engineer
We're on the lookout for a Customer Support Engineer to join a well renowned global tech organisation on a long-term contract, we are looking for a CSE with strong experience with Microsoft technologies, such as 365, Teams, Sharepoint etc.
You'll be offering support to a variety of Enterprise customers with a large focus of the highest level of customer service, this role is 50% On-Site in Belfast.
Responsibilities:
* Handle customer technical issues (On-site and Remote)
* Troubleshooting and solving customers technical issues
* Incident Management
* Solving customers problems
* Providing pro-active solutions to satisfy customer needs
Technical Requirements:
* Microsoft 365
* Microsoft Teams / Sharepoint
* Knowledge of Microsoft Security Compliance
* Microsoft administration principles
This is a great opportunity to work with an amazing team and top clients, they have a requirement for 3X Engineers as they're going through a growth period at the moment and want to expand.
Contract Details:
* PAYE Contract - £35,000 Per Annum (Salary Equivalent)
* 50% on-site in Belfast
* 18 Months Contract Length
