Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain the Active Directory and Microsoft 365 platform.
* Set up, keep, and assist desktop systems based on requests and company procedures.
* Provide technical guidance to interns and less-experienced team members.
* Deliver application support to personnel.
* Generate new staff accounts and aid new employees with initial access.
* Determine user access rights and permissions.
* Keep track of inventory for software and hardware components.
* Sustain antivirus, encryption, and other system management tools.
* Supervise Operating Systems patching system.
* Manage VOIP phone systems, along with mobile phone allocations, renewals, and repairs.
* Oversee and update shared office hardware such as meeting room equipment and displays.
* Implement strategies for analyzing failures, preventive maintenance, and process enhancement.
* Plan and carry out allocated tasks within defined timelines while maintaining daily task records.
* Recognize areas necessitating staff training and communicate with the training department.
* Create and uphold documentation to share knowledge among colleagues.

Required Qualifications:

* Relevant IT certification.
* 3 years of experience in a similar role within a bustling IT department.
* Proficiency in providing technical oversight to junior members of the IT team.
* Profound expertise in managing Active Directory.
* Proficient in installing, keeping, and resolving Windows Operating Systems.
* Skilled in Microsoft 365 administration.
* Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and installing computer hardware problems.
* Familiarity with Endpoint Protection, management, and patching software.
* Comprehension of enterprise LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity.
* Knowledge about conference room A/V equipment, VOIP phone configuration, and troubleshooting.
* Strong skills in analysis, planning, organization, prioritization, and communication.
* Dedicated approach to work, taking personal responsibility for tasks and duties.
* Enthusiastic team player, eager to contribute to team improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online and Endpoint Management/Intune.
* Familiarity with MAC and Linux operating systems.
* Experience with Operating Systems and application deployment systems.
