itContracting are seeking applications for a Service Desk Lead, this is a permanent onsite position locating in Kingscourt, Co.Cavan.

The role includes promoting management of IT Services to business units by adhering to ITIL and ISO Service Management principles. The Service desk Lead will resolve incidents, problems and major incidents assigned. This role will involve working closely with IT teams to carry out ‘business as usual’ tasks as well as assisting from time to time with project work including testing, documentation, and training if necessary.

The role requires the individual to be fully proficient with supporting latest client/server operating systems and cloud technologies.

The successful candidate should be proficient with support of:

- Active Directory - AD trusts; DNS; DHCP; Group Policy Management
- O365 Admin & Management
- MS Exchange
- Windows Server OS
- Anti-Virus solutions
- Patching processes and tools
- Audio Visual Equipment
- Networking
- End user computing

 
Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland or currently hold a Stamp 1G/4 Visa to apply.
