Role Overview: As an Agile Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading and delivering cutting-edge digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and leverage Agile methodologies to drive successful project delivery. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation to implementation, while ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile projects, utilizing industry best practices and methodologies to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and designers.
- Drive the Agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on Agile principles, processes, and practices.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and Agile project management tools.
- Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale digital transformation projects, including greenfield initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile certifications) are highly desirable.
