Technical Support IT Engineer - Dublin

We are actively seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dublin! As a well-established IT services company, we are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering 2nd level IT Technical Support. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing remote assistance to our clients within a Microsoft environment, utilizing a range of essential technologies, including:

  • Windows 10
  • Office 365 Administration
  • Active Directory
  • Windows Server
  • PC Support
  • Hyper-V

This position presents an exceptional opportunity for individuals who are eager to advance their careers in the field of technical support.
