Application Support Analyst – 1 day onsite
We're looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our clients busy and dynamic team in Dublin 1. This is a 12-month contract with a possibility of extension. As the application support analyst, you will provide technical support services to a variety of business applications, serving as the point of contact for user and client queries via phone and email.

Your new role:
- Log and monitor all requests through the IT Helpdesk software and meet SLAs.
- Monitoring the escalation of incidents and problems
- Communicate updates to affected parties in a timely fashion.
- Manage user access and security requests in-line with procedures, provide concise and timely status reporting, and support and own new business change requests when necessary.
What we need:
- BSc in IT
- 2+ years of experience in a technical service desk environment.
- Knowledge and experience with applications (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and SharePoint)
- ITIL qualifications & Project Management experience would be desirable.
