As a Technical Support Engineer, you will bring your existing second-level technical support experience and strong technical skills supporting Microsoft products to the table. Additionally, your proficiency in the above-mentioned technologies will be highly valued.
You will have a clear career pathway towards Level 2 - 3 Technical Support and will be actively encouraged to obtain Microsoft certifications. In addition to valuable mentorship and training, you will work on interesting projects and gain exposure to larger networks through installations you will be involved in.
