itContracting are currently recruiting for a Senior Service Delivery Manager for our client based in Dublin 1.

1-2 days per week onsite 

Requirements
· Will act as Service Management lead on UET programme. Will be the main representative of SM in the UET programme managing additional SM resources and ensuring SM deliverables are achieved while also ensuring the enduring op model is fit for purpose.
· Be fully experienced in all areas of service management.
· Should have significant SM experience in similar size (minimum 10 years) organisations.
· Should have experience in representing SM activities in large transformational projects.

Minimum Requirements
· Must have experience in an SM manager role in a similar sized organisation.
· Must have experience in representing SM interests on large transformational programmes.

Duration: 6 months initially
