Senior Technical Support IT Engineer - Dublin

Join our clients team as a Senior Technical Support IT Engineer L2 in North Dublin! We are a small but growing IT services company looking for a candidate with at least 4+ years of current experience in 2nd level technical support. In this role, you will be working remotely within a Microsoft environment using Windows 10, Office365, Active Directory, and have an interest in networking.

This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to bring their skills and experience to the next level. You will have a career pathway towards a Level 3 Technical Support job or IT project work and be encouraged to gain your Microsoft certifications. Our team is small but works well together, and we are looking for a Technical Support Helpdesk Engineer who has a great attitude and ambitions to get to the next level.

If you have experience or knowledge of technologies such as VMware, Microsoft Suite, 365, Azure, Active Directory, DNS - Domain Management, Firewalls, Sonic Wall, you will receive training with these technologies and more.

Requirements for Senior Technical Support IT Engineer Level 2 include a current IT Engineer or 2nd Level technical support experience with strong and proven technical support skills. IT skills Microsoft related e.g 365, Windows, Servers, and project experience as you will be able to run projects. You must have excellent communication, customer service, and people skills. Additionally, you must be based in Ireland right now and legal to work here with the correct visa.

After passing probation, you will be able to increase your work from home days to 3 days a week remote work, and you must be legal to work in Ireland and based near North Dublin.
