Roe & Co Distillery

Here at Guidant IRC we are looking to build a team of support staff for the Roe & Co Distillery Experience, on the iconic St. James's Gate site.We are seeking people who will thrive in an ever changing fast-paced environment, excel at providing a world class customer service, and who are truly 'made-of-more'.

In Jan 2017 Diageo announced a move to enter the Irish whiskey market with the launch of Roe and Co Premium Blended Irish whiskey and a €25M investment to revive the 1950s Guinness Power Station at St. James's Gate into a new Urban Distillery with Malt whiskey at its heart.

Building an Urban Distillery in the heart of the original Golden triangle in Dublin, we need to create lifelong advocates in the visitors to the distillery. We're looking for distinctive candidates who will welcome people to the home of Roe & Co, driving the business agenda with an entrepreneurial spirit and dedicated eye to deliver a world-class experiential home.

This role will mainly focus on supporting our experiences and hospitality offerings through maintaining Back of House areas, resetting experiential rooms and helping with preparing ingredients and set ups for our tours & experiences, with bar and floor service opportunities for the right candidates.. Hospitality experience is preferred but not essential. The role will be quite labour intensive and active.

For these temporary positions, we need people who not only embody all of the skills, but are willing to work flexibly across Monday - Sunday and do a range of hours each week. This role requires candidates to be available at times over the busy periods (weekends and public holidays)
