Excellent opportunity in Galway for a Senior Software Developer / Tech Lead! (Salesforce) You'll be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting custom enterprise applications on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on customer service management needs. In this role, you'll provide technical leadership to the development team, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical design. You'll also play a critical role in maintaining system documentation, adhering to IT methodologies, and ensuring the achievement of service-level agreements. To be successful in this role, you'll need: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or another technical field Strong experience building custom enterprise applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components. You should be familiar with Salesforce integration mechanisms, batch and real-time processing, and REST APIs, and have a strong problem-solving and decision-making ability to evaluate and identify technical solutions. Salesforce Developer Certification is preferred, and experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions and Object Oriented Programming (Java, C++, C#) is a plus.
