Level 3 Support Engineer Type: Contract Day Rate: Competitive Location: Dublin We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Support Engineer to join our clients team and provide expert technical support. As a Level 3 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, providing solutions, and ensuring that all queries are handled professionally and in a timely manner. You will also lead and mentor junior team members, and collaborate with other teams, including the development team, to ensure that all issues are resolved efficiently. Responsibilities: Provide expert technical support to our clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools Resolve complex technical issues, including software and hardware issues Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed Collaborate with other teams to ensure that all issues are resolved quickly and efficiently Analyse data and provide recommendations for improvements to the support team Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles Work with the development team to identify and resolve bugs and issues Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 7+ years of experience in a similar technical support role, with at least 3 years in a Level 3 support role Expert knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V Familiarity with networking protocols and concepts Strong problem-solving and communication skills If you are interested in this role or would like to discuss one of our other IT Support roles available please contact Jamie McCaul at Reperio Human Capital Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business
