Technical Support IT Engineer - Dublin
Join our team as a Technical Support Engineer in Dublin! We are a well-established IT services company looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in providing 2nd level IT Technical Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our clients in a Microsoft environment using:
- Windows 10
- Office 365 Administration
- Active Directory
- Windows Server
- PC Support
- Hyper-V

Requirements for Technical Support Engineer include current 2nd Level technical support experience with strong technical support skills. IT skills Microsoft related e.g 365, Windows, Servers, and project experience as you will be able to run projects. You must have excellent communication, customer service, and people skills.
