The role: You will deliver quality customer care to business travellers and find solutions for flights, hotels, and trains before and during their business trips. You'll make sure they fly with ease, arrive refreshed and alert for meetings, and return home on time to their families and friends. Answering incoming calls and/or make outbound calls corresponding with travel customers currently traveling or interested in purchasing/researching travel by following standard scripts and procedures. Greet and converse with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner. Respond to email/chat requests providing service and support in line with client standards. Utilize appropriate selling techniques to meet revenue goals. Accurately answer general travel and site related questions. Accurately track and report call types and service issues, raising cases with related departments to resolve issues. What you ll need A minimum of 2 years sales OR customer service experience in one place of employment. A great attitude and an ability to talk to people at all levels. A technical mindset you will need to have a strong understanding of technology & be able to navigate multiple systems whilst dealing with a customer. Excellent English written, verbal & communication skills. Strong typing skills with accurate punctuation & grammar. Good knowledge of countries around the world. Basic maths skills required.
