We are currently recruiting a Junior Production Support Engineer to join our client’s team in County Cork. This company offers premium betting and trading solutions across the globe. You will be required to work 4 x shifts a week (onsite one day a week). This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to start their career.
Responsibilities
- Escalate high priority issues to Infrastructure or Development teams
- Provide technical support to API clients
- Perform operational tasks for core web product
- Effectively communicate to internal and external customers
- Maintain documentation on issue description/resolution, best practices etc.
- Work 2 weekends a month
Requirements / skills
- Relevant third level qualification
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
- Coding skill in Java (and Python is a bonus)
- Comfortable working in Linux environments
- Experience with relational database systems e.g. Oracle, MySql
