(BIM Modeller, BIM Modeler, BIM Technician, BIM Co-ordinator, BIM coordinator)
Permanent position with a Building Engineering Services Company, based in West Dublin / Dublin West. You will be expected to be in the office or on-site for the working week, so ability to travel daily to this location is important.
Position:
Reporting directly into the BIM Manager, your core responsibilities will be:
* Building Information Modelling (BIM) to produce collaborative 3D models and associated drawings
* Engage with BIM Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer & others on the Projects team
* BIM modelling and creation using Revit and AutoCAD
* Input model elements with required detail (graphic & data)
* Coordinate and monitor Incoming or shared models
* Produce Designs, Images, drawings as directed by Project Manager
* Coordination of buildings mechanical & electrical elements and asset data
* Production of Asset Information Models
* BIM delivery on both current and tender projects
* Produce AutoCAD mechanical and electrical schematics
* Produce images for reports using BIM renders
Expertise & experience required:
* Mid-Senior level experience as a BIM Modeller, BIM Specialist, BIM Coordinator or related BIM expertise
* Excellent BIM software skills - Revit, Navisworks and IT Skills such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and similar
* Excellent communication and organisation skills essential
* Prior experience in Building Information Modelling services coordination essential
* Ideally, you will also have a background in Buildings Construction - Mechanical or Electrical trade, HVAC Engineering, Architect / Architectural design or similar
Salary = €45-50K + benefits. (Guided range.)
