Program Manager - contract
Contract role - 6 months, renewable. Daily rate to €600pd.
Multinational organisation with operations across the globe, with this core Division operating out of Ireland.
The role is to manage a Program of projects engaged in Data Privacy, reporting directly to the Global Director of Data Privacy.
Key responsibilities:
* Program development and strategy, goals, and projects, based on multi-stakeholder requirements spread across the globe
* Coordination of program and projects planning plus roadmap management
* Manage & execute projects, actively participating in all phases of the project, including post-execution deliverable follow-ups
* Assist in developing business cases for large projects with significant impact to the global business
* Work closely with partners in the business units to deliver projects in a matrix environment
* Production of all typical program documentation (detailed program and project plans, work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports, etc)
* Develop effective reporting, presentations, and documentation, updates to senior, cross-functional stakeholders and the program team
* Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management
* Develop and manage program/project road maps and analyse performance of same
* Develop, deliver, and implement training, communications and event programs
* Design and implement effective change management processes to record and structure the main decision points regarding technology, processes, and policies
Essential Experience Required
* 5+ years Program Management or Projects Manager experience
* 2+ years managing compliance programs across a multinational, matrix enterprise
* A background in Managing complex Data Analytics or Data Privacy projects or program
* Prior experience of delivering Data Privacy, GDPR or Privacy projects is highly preferred
Hybrid role - 2 days per week in Dublin office (city centre) required.
Contract Rate: to €600 per day
