Cocktail culture is alive and has huge scope to grow, the recent Licensing Bill will unlock many more low consumption occasions and opportunities for spirits with food across Ireland's eateries.
Diageo Ireland is Ireland's No.1 spirits supplier with an outstanding portfolio of brands across premium and super premium segments. As part of Diageos growth plan Full Spirits Potential has been identified as a key strategic priority for future growth.
This hugely exciting new Head of Spirits role will work with key partners across multiple departments to grow premium spirits and the spirits innovation portfolio.
You will be responsible for:

Developing the Spirits strategy and lead the execution plan to deliver on this exciting opportunity.
*
Part of Leadership team and catalyst to develop and deliver the wider on trade strategy and high performance culture.
*
Lead and develop the Accessible Luxury spirits sales and customer strategy in Ireland.
*
Develop the digital sales and marketing plans for the on trade channel.
*
Lead a direct sales and ambassador team of 4 today (with potential to grow in the future) and an indirect customer marketing team of 3.
Experience
*
5-10 years' experience in sales role and extensive experience of working across top customers/groups
*
Track record of excellent performance delivery
*
Experience in developing and leading sales strategies and plans across multiple functions
*
Excellent knowledge of P&L and levers for success
