Java Lead Dublin (Remote) €80,000 - €90,000 plus benefits Permanent A software innovations company are on the lookout for a Java Lead to guide their Java Development team. This company develop their own software that's used by AI and VR companies. This company get a lot of CVs so you'll have to have an excellent background in Java with very strong communication and leadership skills. What will your role as a Java Lead involve? Build high quality code and drive best practise Take the lead on architecture, providing guidance and mentorship to the development team Interact with product owners to ensure requirements are met Work on design, implementation, testing, and delivery Maintenance of existing product/application and design/implementation of new products Positive leadership, promoting good teamwork, championing best practice and contributing to better the workplace/culture What will you need to be a Java Lead here? Computer Science / Software Development Degree 5+ years in Java Development 2+ years in a Senior Dev/Lead role Strong knowledge of SDLC Architecture experience would be a big plus Experience and strong knowledge of Spring Boot, NoSQL, Microservices, REST APIs Cloud familiarity (AWS, Azure) Benefits If you're an experienced Java Lead, you don't want to let this opportunity pass you by.
