Company Our client is an independent, French headquartered agency, with a strong reputation. They specialize mainly in Construction Insurance acting as agent of Insurance Companies awarded with an A rating. They also place Corporate and Commercial Damage Risks, as well as Civil Liability and Other Risks Insurance, both in France and in the countries of the European Community. The Role The purpose of the role is: To support the business with the development, maintenance and smooth running of all in-house IT systems. To maintain and enhance the existing underwriting system, management reporting systems and management tools. To ensure IT compliance and data integrity. Responsibilities Install, configure, test and maintain application software and system management tools. Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability. Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes. Write and maintain custom scripts/coding to increase system efficiency and reduce human intervention with specific reference to Belair. Participate in the design of information and operational support systems. Development and maintenance of management reporting systems. Ensure data integrity and consistency throughout all reporting systems. Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution. Key Performance Indicators Availability of systems for end users. Integrity and accuracy of data generated for management reporting systems. Accuracy of implementation and time spent on development of system tools. Level of IT support provided to the business. Requirements Formal academic qualification in IT French fluency 2+ years of experience in IT Remuneration Remuneration will be confirmed during the interview process.
