Education and research company looking to hire a Workplace Experience Administrator.

6-month contract

Salary = 32,000-36,500

Hybrid - office in Dublin City Centre

Administrative Support

* Administration of the PO, invoice, credit card payments process for workplace experience activity
* Managing travel requests and bookings for colleagues
* Managing taxis process and courier bookings for colleagues
* Acting as primary point-of-contact on workplace experience mailbox
* Maintain & update company documentation as required

Facilities Support

* Support activities around clearing-out our current office incl. scanning, shredding, organising documentation etc.
* Administration support for facilities contracts for both our current office and our new office
* Support for on-site set up of our new office
* Support for developing new office procedures and documentation for our new office

Meetings & Events

* Support coordination of staff events incl. facilities preparation, catering requirements, logistics
* Support for events on our internal communications plan
* Liaising with external suppliers in relation to internal / external meeting arrangements
* Acting as point-of-contact for all external parties to meetings & events

Wellbeing & Internal Communications

* Coordination of wellbeing events and tasks per our wellbeing calendar
* Support with wellbeing updates and newsletters
* Support with rolling out wellbeing initiatives

The ideal candidate will have:

* Strong administration experience in a similar role
* Proficiency using MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Proven organisational skills and approach while demonstrating strong attention to detail
* Experience at being flexible with adapting to new deadlines
* Self-motivation and the willingness to take on responsibility for your own area of work
* An organised approach to work and an ability to prioritise effectively in a busy and changing environment

Nice-to-have's:

* Experience of facilities management
* Demonstrate ability to work on own initiative
