Restructuring & Forensics

In Restructuring & Forensics we focus on supporting our clients through the Protect and Recover stages of the business cycle. We combine restructuring services such as financial restructuring, liability restructuring and corporate simplification with Digital and Forensic Investigations and Financial Crime teams. We support clients in stress or distress situations, seeking to support them to respond, restructure and transform, as well as prepare for, respond to and emerge stronger from a wide range of business risks and issues We could be involved in any one, or all of these types of engagements.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our rapidly expanding team of IT, licensing and contract specialists. You will be working with some of the largest and recognisable firms in the world to advise and assist them to achieve their business targets.

Our client base has grown significantly over the last 12 months and we have ambitious plans for continued expansion. We are therefore recruiting motivated individuals to deliver work for our clients.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for motivated and ambitious candidates to join a market-leading and fast growing team working with leading UK and international businesses.

Our projects provide the opportunity to gain a variety of experience, whilst continuously learning and developing. You'll assume key responsibility on projects of varying sizes, engage with clients and deliver projects with the support of a wider team. This combination of responsibility and support provides individuals with significant development opportunities.

Typical duties may include but is not limited to:

Assuming a key role in the delivery of global projects giving you exposure to a wide range of skills that provides ample opportunity to develop and progress your career;

Collaborating and building relationships with clients and third parties;

Getting upskilled and leveraging the latest technologies to analyse data and drive process improvements across the projects;

Researching new products, tools and processes to assist with advancing our analytical capabilities;

Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of licensing, IT infrastructure and contract management

Our team is primarily based in the Belfast office, with c. 20-30% of time spent on client sites, typically throughout the UK and Europe.

Skills and Experience

Intellectually curious, with a investigative and problem solving mindset

Strong project management abilities including an ability to multitask effectively and manage timelines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

We expect candidates to have an outstanding academic track record and have demonstrated a pattern of exceptional achievement


Degree or previous experience in IT or Business

Language skills

Experience working with contracts

Strong data analytics skills such as Excel or other data analysis tool e.g. Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI
