* 10+ years' experience in software development
* 3+ years managing teams of Software Engineers ideally within a fast paced dynamic Product based company
* Strong experience delivering mission critical enterprise software to global customers
* Experience working with any of the major open-source or commercial frameworks a plus (Spring, Hibernate,...)
* Experience insystemsengineering,security, UI systems, disaster recovery,messaging systems, performance, scaling and backups
* Experience of working within various development environment such as Agile, Waterfall etc.
* Very strong technical background - with experience in some of the following technologies
* Java, J2EE, SOA, JBoss, Tomcat, Git/Stash
* Oracle, MongoDB, Postgres
* Eclipse, JIRA, Jenkins, Fisheye, Confluence
* Junit, JMeter
