My client - an international Financial Services company is hiring a Technical Support Administrator to join their IT team. In this role you will provide Tier 1 technical support to their Dublin office as well as client companies around the world using their technology platform.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor the technology platform for both local and global clients
* Support and identify areas on the technology platform for continuous improvement
* Manage tickets through helpdesk system
* Provide training and training materials to the business and clients
Required experience:
* Degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information systems, engineering or other related technical discipline
* Understanding of basic networking concepts
* Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365 & Microsoft Azure
* Experience working in a ticketing helpdesk system
