We currently have a position for a Customer Support Representative working for our client in Co Kerry. This opportunity would ideally suit candidates with an interest in technology or someone who has worked in a client or customer support role, ideally with ticketing & problem-solving experience. Please note the working hours for this role is rotational shifts (7AM – 10PM) but will be rotated weekly.
Required Skills:
- Previous Call Centre experience
- Knowledge of ITIL service delivery best practices
- Experience with Windows 10
- An understanding of MS Office applications/O365
- Troubleshooting Hardware (Lenovo desktops / MS Surface devices)
- Knowledge of Apple Mac/iPad a plus
- Have worked in/with a Citrix environment in the past a plus
- An understanding of Lotus Notes database structure and usage a plus

- Ability to learn/apply/retain large volume of information
- Prepared to be flexible in regard to working time when required
- Ability to work under pressure while ensuring a good standard of work
- Ability to Troubleshoot and analyse issues while suggesting improvements and workarounds
- Candidates must be able to display why they want a job in IT and be able to talk to that interest and/or experience
