NES Fircroft are proud to represent our client on their search for a - Asset Manager Coordinator. Position Description Our client is a highly profitable stand-alone subsidiary and reports against its own P&L. As a wholesale telecoms provider, the company operates in a different industry and in a highly competitive market. In that context the business is managed by business and industry experts and decision making is the responsibility of the SMT within the company. The successful candidate will operate as a member to the Asset and Governance team as Asset Management Coordinator. Key Responsibilities Review and extract key information from licence and lease agreements. Data gathering from Telecoms systems to extract key information. Develop detailed spreadsheet to record key information. Assist Licensing team with renewal of licences. Assist with accurate auditing of all Telecommunications Towers equipment count, for invoicing purposes. Verification of equipment related to Towers Infrastructure. Preparation, reviewing and renewal of Licenses and Addendums for the customers. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Essential A relevant 3rd level property qualification (eg BSc Surv) and work experience. Capable of working as part of a flexible team. Background in Property / familiar with reading leases/licenses. Experience of working within a structured process driven environment. Numerical and data accuracy. Strong organisational capabilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work on own initiative. Proactive & motivated. Proficient in the use of MS Office, MS Teams & other IT systems. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Internal Stakeholder management. Desirable Two to three years experience in property work involving reading and extracting information from legal agreements. Base Location Dublin Hybrid working will be a feature of this role, combining remote working with attendance at base for in-person collaboration 1 or 2 days per week, subject to ongoing review. Please note that when the successful candidate is required to attend the office above, travel, accommodation, and related expenses will not be reimbursed. Anticipated start date As soon as possible.
