We have an opportunity for an experienced 2nd Level IT Support Engineer to join an indigenous technology company based in Galway. This position is offering the option for hybrid working. The company offers support in progressing with your professional development combined with real career progression. Responsibilities: Working as part of the support team delivering high quality technical support built on the ITIL Framework. Escalating issues to management as appropriate Using support tools to manage and track tickets and customer incidents and requests. Complete basic / standard requests for computers, printers, multifunction devices, equipment and other ICT systems in line with defined Service Level Agreements. Contribute to the development of reference/training materials to assist the team through maintenance of documentation on system configurations and technical processes. Required Technical Knowledge: Window 10 & 11 MS Windows Server MS Exchange Remote Desktop Server Implementations. Networking- Managed Switches, VLAN's, Wireless Access Points, Routers / Bridging. Security - Firewalls Cloud- Office 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, Azure AD, AWS, Google Cloud. Backup setups such as ArcServe, Veeam, Symantec, CommVault, Azure Backup. To be considered for this position you must be currently authorised to work full time hours in Ireland
