Release Manager, ART - 12 Month Daily Rate Rolling Contract, Global Company I am looking for an experienced ART Release Manager to join my clients expanding Dublin based team to manage the delivery of the ART's according to the agreed schedule, guidelines and principles of the ART. Key to success in this role will be collaboration, tooling, risk management, and stakeholder communication, alongside adhering to release management quality criteria and best practices. Daily Rate Available: Highly Competitive Based On Experience Duration: 12 Month Rolling Contract Skills / Experience Required Work with my client's ART Engineer to identify candidate user stories and release candidates for each ART Ensure transparency and visibility of plans and checkpoints, utilising appropriate communication channels Ensure that the published ART release cadence is achieved Carry out regular retrospectives and ensure continuous improvements in processes and publish these for visibility and transparency For each ART, publish the release plan and co-ordinate all cross-team collaboration and planning sessions to ensure successful delivery Escalate any essential resource gaps that risk the delivery of the ART, including required external support Support the teams and Project Managers in estimating costs and timelines related to the ARTs, and track costs. Where necessary coach Project Managers, teams, and Scrum Masters in ART practices and mindset to ensure successful ART release planning and execution Help manage risks and cross-team dependencies in preparing to release an ART release Ensure appropriate communications around changes, scope, issues and risks Understand an operate the agreed cost/time tracking models Monitor scope of each ART for consistency and adherence to any agreed themes Update agreed processes and implement improvements Release Management activities - CAB Process, Deployment Tickets, draft plan generation, communications to 'external' teams and stakeholders Facilitate the Release Readiness call Manage the Release on the dayFor more information, call Scott Hool at Reperio Human Capital on (phone number removed) or click on the link below to apply.
