Primary Purpose of the Role The Technical Support provides on-site and remote technical support and advice to users across multiple sites.The Technician will be the first on-site response to P1's and be available to go on-site to assist to assist incidents where remote support is not efficient/possible. Key Accountabilities Act as first response to P1's onsite. Available to work on client sites to resolve break/fix issues and assist in issues that cannot be resolved remotely. Provide remote support to users and solve non-complex and complex problems to minimise system down-time and loss of productivity. Provide onsite delivery of Service requests that are received through our Service Desk. Using support tools to manage and track tickets and customer issues. Escalating issues to management as appropriate. Complete simple / standard set-up activities for computers, printers, multifunction devices and other ICT systems in line with Service Level Agreements. Contribute to the development of reference/training materials to assist the team through maintenance of documentation on system configurations and technical processes.Randstad Financial & Professional encourage applications from individuals of all ages & backgrounds.
