Ergo are seeking a QA / Tester for a permanent position within our Digital Practice.

Whilst technically based in Dublin we are happy to consider full-time remote work with an occasional office visit.

Working closely with the QA Lead you will provide input into test documents and work on bug creation and triage while providing accurate reporting on test progress.

Experience with Azure DevOps and CRM Dynamics is highly desirable.

What will you do?

* Create and execute Test Cases independently
* Analysis of business requirements and the development of manual test scenarios, test cases and test plans based on those scenarios.
* Ability to execute test plans in a timely manner and report defects in a comprehensive manner
* Provide accurate test progress status updates

You should have the following experience:

* 2+ years testing experience
* ISTQB qualification is highly desirable
* Ability to work independently given high-level direction from the QA manager
* Familiar with Test Planning and case management tools - Azure DevOps preferred
* Ability to work on creating and executing Test Cases independently
* Familiar with CRM Dynamics
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
