Financial Services Company looking for a Robotics Designer to join their team.

Main Accountabilities:
* Partner closely with Intelligent Automation team, Process Analyst to translate the customer's business requirements to define RPA value proposition and solution scope
* Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written and design, code, test, debug and document programs
* Capable of playing a lead role and managing both onshore and offshore teams
* Provide technical leadership for small to medium-scale projects
* Provide technical support to Process Analysts to ensure that project deliverables are met with high quality / low-defect builds
* Develop in-depth understanding of core business processes and user needs
* Identify conflicting business practices and integration issues, suggesting alternative solutions
* Provide technical consulting support on project or system issues
* Contribute to solution documentation to support solution transition and maintenance, do effort estimation, Delivery planning, Software Quality Assurance
* Monitor and stay abreast of technological and operational changes that affect the activities and work processes of the organization

Education, Experience & Technical Competencies
* A BA/BS degree preferably in Computer Science and 5+ years of IT experience
* At least 2-3 years of experience developing robotics automation solutions
* Working knowledge on Pega Robot Manager, Pega BPM and Pega Robotics 19.1 version.
* Hands-on knowledge in architecture, development, deployment and scheduling of Pega RPA and RDA Attended, Unattended BOTS delivering over 10 processes in PROD.
* Working knowledge on REST API development, JSON Parsing, API Testing using SOAP UI, Postman is a must.
* Knowledge of .Net / Visual Studio required
* Must have hands on experience in version control tools like SVN, Git etc
* Experience & certifications in UI Path, Blue Prism, Power Platform or other larger vendor robotics automation vendor software platforms is desired
* Knowledge of C#, JavaScript, SQL highly desired
* Knowledge of MS SQL, Oracle, Web-services desired
* Knowledge of Document Digitization solutions
