IT Project Engineer
PFH Technology Group is seeking an enthusiastic IT Project Engineer to be based onsite with their Blue-Chip client in Dublin 4. This is an exciting opportunity for an IT Engineer to become a key part in an organisation while contributing to both the project management teams and the IT team.
Responsibilities may include, but are not restricted to:
* Work closely with the project management team and assist with any necessary tasks.
* Effectively liaise with management, internal teams and third parties
* Manage scheduling and logistics to ensure project deliverables
* Preparing, coordinating and monitoring any projects assigned
* Manage internal processes for ensuring kit is configured and delivered to support project objectives
* Preform onsite and remote installations and upgrades of hardware and software, install and configure operating systems and applications
* Liaise with end users and arrange migration activity and troubleshooting when required.
* Creation and modification of user accounts in Active Directly and Office 365
* IT problem solving and communicating with non-technical clients
* Travel to other sites when necessary
Experience and Education:
* Must have two years' experience working in an IT environment
* Previous experience involved in projects desirable
* Excellent problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills
* Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
* Ability to organize and plan work independently
* Third Level Education Qualification is preferable
* Full Irish driver's licence
