ERGO is looking for IT Helpdesk Support profiles for a client of ours based in Galway. We are looking for Helpdesk/Support engineering professionals who are looking for a challenge in a dynamic environment.

So, what do you need?

* Knowledge of PC hardware and software
* Knowledge of MS office 2013, O365
* Ms Teams.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
* Knowledge of Network Equipment Switch, routers
* Understand LAN /TCPIP
