Spectrum Communications Ltd t/a 2CQR Ireland supply, install and maintain state of the art products to libraries throughout Ireland. Together with our Global partners we provide solutions using the latest RFID technologies. Spectrum Communications Ltd also supply telephone systems to corporate and business customers, installing and maintaining these products.
Role description
This role offers the successful candidate a unique opportunity to work in a small and dynamic company supplying technology solutions to libraries and other sectors. The work is varied and would suit an ambitious candidate who is able to work on their own initiative to achieve long term goals. The ability to take a leading role in projects would be important for the successful candidate.
Responsibilities
Installation and maintenance of our product range with includes PC based self-service products, CCTV, networking equipment, RFID technologies and telephone systems.
Build relationships with our client base as the trusted contact for all support issues and escalations
Working together with the field service team to ensure resolution of service requests in a timely, professional, and efficient manner
Ability to identify patterns of repeat issues which require escalation
Requirements
At least 5 years’ experience in a related IT or technology base service provider
Experience of computer repair, computer networking, CCTV and telephone systems desirable.
Ability to take ownership of service issues and work towards an efficient resolution is essential.
Ability to present professional and respectful image to customers
Fluency in English language written and oral
Full clean drivers licence
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and products
Reliable and punctual employee is essential
Work effectively as part of a team and ability to work with other team members to ensure an effective and timely resolution to service requests.
Provide technology support for sales opportunities
Strong Customer Service focus
Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervisor required.
Desired skills Good planning, organising, project management and administrative skills
Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of PC’s, networking and related technologies
Strong communication & interpersonal skills, ability to communicate to internal and external customers.
Work effectively as part of a team and ability to work on your own initiative to ensure an effective and timely resolution to service requests.
Remuneration package
Circa €45,000 depending on experience.
Company vehicle, mobile phone and laptop supplied
Level of IT experience: 5-10 years
Area: Dublin, nationwide.
