Product Manager – Remote within Ireland

The Role:
• Drive innovation for clients and internal teams through the delivery of compelling products and features.
• Lead and motivate a cross-functional team in pursuit of the best possible team performance.
• Understand the strategic objectives and align the product strategy of your products to ensure they contribute to the overall goal.
• Combine modern ideas, software, devices and data to the product and features solve clients’ problems.
• Bring a strong understanding of product management and a product mindset to the application and execution of product development.
• Collaborate with other teams to market and communicate products enhancements to both clients and end users.
• Organise, prioritise, and centralise the product development efforts towards long term realistic objectives to deliver long term growth.
• Work closely with senior members of the IT and Commercial team to build and manage new functions within the IT organisation.

Experience Required:
• Relevant degree.
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in shipping great products in a complex environment.
• Ability to think outside the box.
• Be adaptable with the ability to work in a fast- paced environment.
• Advanced understanding of IT infrastructure and Software Engineering a must.
