What you will do

This is an exciting opportunity join our global Tax function in a newly created Senior Manager role with a primary focus on our ERP transformation projects. This role provides a rare in-house opportunity to engage on multinational projects, work the businesses, build your commercial experience and expand your technical horizons.

How you will do it

Key member of the Corporate Tax Transformation team, delivering and implementing a high-quality ERP roll out across multiple jurisdictions

Responsible for day-to-day progression of tax elements related to ERP projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical/business-driven approach taken

Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders across workstreams including sales, procurement, IT, finance, corporate accounting

Contribute to operational performance by supporting the automation and efficiencies in the VAT lifecycle

Required:

Experienced Manager or Senior Manager with extensive ERP design experience

Hands on experience of designing Indirect Tax configuration in Oracle, preferably Oracle Fusion. Candidates with SAP experience will also be considered.

Excellent knowledge of ERP Financial, Supply Chain Management or Sales modules

Working Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) e.g. requirements, design, testing, deployment

Experience and awareness of VAT issues especially in relation to ERP transformation

Experience of working on large-scale projects in a multinational corporate environment or a consultancy specialising in ERP implementation

Team player with excellent communication skills, with a "can-do" attitude partnering well with people at all levels within the organization

Fluent in English, written in and spoken.

Capacity to quickly understand and digest complex business arrangements, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions for challenges and obstacles.

Curious and demonstrated appetite for learning and maintains a positive disposition under pressure

Proven track record of delivery and meeting deadlines.

Preferred:

Experience in implementing Oracle Fusion

Combined experience of Oracle and SAP

Background in IT consulting

Degree in Information Technology or Finance and Tax qualifications

Knowledge of either: CPQ, Oracle Field Service, Ariba and working with integrations generally

Experience using reporting Tools such as Power BI, Alteryx or any others
