PFH Technology Group are looking for a Candidate Contract Manager living in the Leinster or Munster area. This is a remote working position, however, the successful individual will be required to visit our office in either Dublin or Cork on occasion.

The Candidate Contracts Manager has responsibility for the line management and service relationship management of placed candidates / daily rate contractors in a number of key clients across Ireland. This role covers managing and developing staff and client relationships. You will be a Trusted Partner to a number of key accounts.

The Candidate Contracts Manager will actively contribute to the overall success and services growth of the company with a specific focus on our Resource Augmentation Services. This is an opportunity for an ambitious candidate to develop staff management and customer service relations management skills, with a career path for full managed services delivery management.

You will bring your expertise and knowledge to help achieve our business objectives and meet client requirements, you will manage a large team of IT technical staff dispersed across client sites nationwide.

Responsibilities will include:
Service delivery and line management of PFH technical staff across multiple client sites.
Client service relationship management – build trusted relationship with client stakeholders.
Understand client’s requirements and key service drivers.
Working with Recruitment, Sales, develop and expand services.
Working with Recruitment for new and replacement role hiring.
Line management of all staff.
Where problems arise take ownership and act quickly to resolve these, escalating for support in a timely fashion, acting openly and with integrity
Contribute to service delivery management leadership and direction.

Understanding of candidate management & client relationships is preferred but not necessary


This role may suit a recruiter in an agency who wishes to move away from commission, or someone in sales who wishes to develop more client relationships.
