The Analytical Lead position is part of the Client Strategy & Insights (CSI) team and broader Sales Strategy team. As an Analytical Lead, you will be aligned with our sales team supporting Indeed s highest potential revenue Enterprise National Accounts.
By creating innovative data analytics and narratives, you will help the Sales & CS team identify opportunities for performance improvement, make data-driven arguments for your recommendations, and help the team hit their revenue goals. You will own the internal strategy planning for top tier accounts, spot opportunities to drive the client partnership forward and provide an excellent client experience.
Our Analytical Leads understand how to work with Sales Teams effortlessly, they re unafraid to present in front of clients, be thought leaders and industry experts, all the while rolling up their sleeves to take raw data and flip it into something equal parts visionary and visceral. They are great multi-taskers, balancing projects, client asks, and multiple stakeholders.
Manage client-facing analytics for a specific book of enterprise accounts with an eye towards providing exemplary customer service, data-driven arguments to generate revenue growth, and prevent churn
Have passion for illuminating foundational truths through data, insights and storytelling
Create insights and analytics by translating disparate data sets into business impact
Derive insights to guide client s investments across multiple products and locations, solving for clients goals and objectives
Identify client needs through strategic consultation, custom data analysis, and lead insight design and socialization across all stakeholders
Influence clients through compelling narratives and fact based storytelling
Present actionable recommendations to Sales leadership and/or clients
Incubate new methodologies/techniques/metrics to answer client-driven analytical questions at scale
Who You Are
+5 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment, delivering data-led stories to both internal and external stakeholders
Engaging presenter/storyteller who can convert data into insightful and actionable recommendations with the ability to connect with clients
Ability to influence/sell to clients using a data-driven approach
Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to break down problems and analyze large datasets
Strong written and verbal presentation/communication skills to both external clients and internal stakeholders
Technical skills (SQL, Tableau or similar) for data extraction, analysis, and presentation
Self directed with the ability to thrive in an unstructured environment; comfortable with ambiguity
Track record of working successfully cross-functionally
Desired but not required:
Experience with search performance analytics and brand measurement analysis (funnels)
Experience advising clients on how to increase their performance / drive ROI
Familiarity with recruiting industry and associated advertising agencies
Familiarity with Salesforce

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
