Senior Software engineer

Location: Based in Limerick

Working situation: Fully Remote

Salary: 80k

I am looking for an experienced Software engineer who has good experience being among the senior side of a developing team. This very successful company have recently arrived in Ireland and are planning on bringing in a number of engineers with the steady expansion of the Irish HQ. You will be working within a start up environment while having all the benefits and the job security of working within a multinational company.

Responsibilities:

* High quality and high performance code
* Designing and building software
* Maintaining the current platform
* Developing and supporting interfaces, applications and the primary system for all users
* Assist your team with peer reviews

Requirements :

* 5+ years experience of software development with C++
* Educational background in computer science or a near field
* Development experience in either Windows or Linux
* Strong knowledge of web technologies such as HTTP and Rest APIs
* Experience working with multi-threaded systems
