Salesforce Administrator

Location: Dublin (fully remote)

My client are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join their team. You will be responsible for Salesforce Adminitration administration and act as a resource for my client's team. Main duties will include deployments, configurations, installations and ongoing improvements of the platform. You will work with support teams and business leaders with the aim of ensuring projects are carried out to the highest level. Having experience in data science is a huge plus.

The role involves..

* Managing the SFDC platform and supporting more than 50 users from different business functions
* Outlining process issues and providing solutions to address these issues
* Using Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Tableau, CPQ
* Working in agile squads
* Following the controls process in deployments and administration

Requirements:

* Salesforce Administrator certification is essential. Ideally Advanced admin, App Builder, Service Cloud, CPQ, Tableau
* Educated to degree level in Computer Science or other relevant area
* Exposure to Tableau is advantageous
* Right to work in Ireland
