We are seeking an MES Services Line Lead within our TechOps function to drive the evolution of our MES offering for our clients. This is a senior strategic role - requiring in depth knowledge of the manufacturing landscape and the specific technologies used in Life sciences.

Working as part of the Tech Ops group with responsibility for technical solutioning on MES opportunities
Working closely with our sales team to develop Technical proposals, MES marketing content & case studies to include presentations to customers which will indicate the added value we can bring to their business.

Influence our MES Technology and product strategy focus area
Corporate selling and consultancy of MES
Define MES service line budgets
Negotiating terms and conditions with new and existing customers.
Support of regions in the selling of our MES services strategy, to include sales and operational training.
Own the day-to-day Technical relationship with Product Vendors including licences
Support the regions in the interviewing of Senior candidates for MES opportunities.
Own and enhance the groups estimation tools and execution methods
Required Competencies, Education and Experience:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to motivate.
Min 10 years experience within the life Science sector working in a manufacturing environment with broad exposure to manufacturing control system landscape, particularly in the area of Manufacturing Execution Systems at Site and Corporate Function level.
Previous experience developing global MES strategy, deployment of pilots, developing of business case and presentations to senior manufacturing & IT VP positions would be essential.
A strong working knowledge of the MES platform landscape would be a distinct advantage, particularly Werum PAS X.
Science or Engineering Degree qualification
Post Graduate Qualification in a related discipline is desirable.
Any business or sales related qualifications is desirable.
Excellent cross functional people management skills - across regions, customers and 3rd parties.
Strategic Thinker, having developed strategic plans that drove significant growth in the Life Science sector
Deep knowledge of current IT/OT landscape and platform deployment in manufacturing
Proven ability to influence senior Leaders and motive cross functional and regional teams.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to lead and engage the top 10 companies in the Life Science sector
Available to travel as required to our bases in US, Europe & Asia
