Primary Tasks:
Good communication skills both written and verbally with team & supervisor.
Oversee daily tasks and ensure tickets are being effectively managed and triaged efficiently.
Escalate issues to the relevant specialists should that be required.
HyperV, Windows Operating Systems knowledge, Office 365 support, Active Directory.
Maintain call records in service desk systems.
