Seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master for an International Software Development company engaged in designing and developing a global connected marketplace product suite to service customers globally in the entertainment & travel sector.

Please note that you MUST be an experienced dedicated Scrum Master able to transform, engage and develop 2 Scrum teams within an Agile Safe environment. We are seeking dedicated Scrum Masters with a background in software delivery / software development environments and able to work with teams spread across different regions globally.

Experience required:

* 3+ years' experience in a software development / software delivery environment performing a dedicated full-time role as a Scrum Master is absolutely essential
* Experience working with multiple Scrum Teams across organisations, cultures and ideally locations
* Agile Scrum, Kanban or SAFe experience
* Knowledge patterns & techniques in Scrum such as retrospective formats, bug handling, resolving technical debt, etc
* Experience with key Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD (, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.

Any relevant professional certifications are desirable eg,. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Scrum Master (SSM).

We are not looking for an Agile Coach or a Project Manager who has combined with a Scrum Master role. This position requires a dedicated, experienced Scrum Master to is able to change & transform a team.
