Talent Acquisition Specialist - Cork and Dublin based
Due to continued growth and expansion, Zenith Technologies are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist, to join our European Team to be based in the Cork or Dublin office.
The successful candidate will report to the EU Recruitment Manager and support the delivery of the full Talent Acquisition cycle for Zenith Technologies across our Internal Business Units within the EU region.
Our recruitment team drives high quality recruitment through innovation and collaboration, by focusing on selecting the best recruitment strategies and attracting top talent for the business.
We are looking for someone who will champion & advocate the ZT brand and who is a creative, driven, and passionate recruiter.
Leverage multiple hands-on sourcing techniques including Boolean searching, targeted social media campaigns, employee referral programs etc.
Deliver the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (preparation, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, onboarding) for all vacancies.
Maintain all recruitment data including a pipeline of candidate information, talent pools and ongoing progress tracking on our ATS, while ensuring data integrity compliance.
Drive positive candidate experiences through our interview process with transparent communication at every step, including making hiring recommendations.
Establish and maintain relations with hiring managers and stakeholders to stay updated on current and future hiring and business needs.
Provide advice and support to Engineering & Operations Management in recruiting best practices.
Participate in continuous improvement projects to ensure we continue to deliver a positive candidate experience.
Develop and expand the ZT Brand within the talent community.
Bachelor s Degree required.
Min 3-4 years post graduate work experience, recruiting for high volume positions within the Life Science Industry (Inhouse or agency).
Experience delivering both individual and high-volume recruitment campaigns and all associated administration through an Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Bullhorn)
Strong knowledge of sourcing/screening tools and methodologies.
Experience using social media portals and LinkedIn for sourcing.
Demonstrable success in technical recruitment in the Life Science Industry is most desirable, having recruited for roles in such areas like Automation, Computer Systems Validation, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Data Analytics and Lab Systems.
Demonstrable experience in recruitment process and / or system improvement e.g., implementation of new work process or recruitment systems most desirable.
Strong I.T. skills and IT competence required. High level of competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
A high level of initiative, strong motivation, and a well-developed capacity for self-direction - Can-Do-Attitude.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with professional telephone manner and in-person presence.
High degree of efficiency and attention to detail with excellent documentation skills.
Creative problem-solving mind-set and great personable teammate.
